Rebekah Garner is a mother-of-three campaigning to reduce the child abuse rate in Tokoroa. Supported by her workplace Kinleith and Jigsaw Family Services, Rebekah’s vision is for all children in Tokoroa to grow up healthy, safe and secure.
Jigsaw is a national network of more than 40 independent, community based social service organisations working to stop child abuse, neglect and family violence.
We need your help to change the world for our kids Tell us what you’re already doing in your community to keep kids safe. Let’s do more of it! Praise someone when you like how they’re talking to their kids. Offer to help parents when you see they are stressed. Being a parent is a big job.
